Ms. Seruwaia Francis Koroituku (Program Coordinator) is a Fiji Registered Nurse with 19 years of experience whereby she worked in various areas like Medical, Surgical, Obstetric, Gynecological, and Pediatric units, 3 years were spent in Public Health Nursing. She attained her Post Graduate Cardiac Nursing from the James Cook University and spent most of her nursing years at the Coronary Care Unit, Labasa Hospital where she was the nursing unit manager.She spent 3 years working for Fiji Health Sector Support Program as a Project Officer for Maternal Child Health in the Northern Division.She holds a qualification in Management, Tertiary Teaching, TOTS, and Masters in Nursing. She joined TISI Sangam College of Nursing in 2015 as a Lecturer in Personal Professional Development and Research.She is looking forward to training nurses whereby they would be able to identify areas of need and implement changes in Nursing Leadership in Fiji.
Mr. Kishan Kumar is a Fiji registered nurse with more than 13 years of work experience in the field of Community Public Health Nursing, Non-Communicable Diseases Management & Prevention and Nursing Education. Kishan was very instrumental in developing the Bachelor of Nursing Bridging program at the Sangam College of Nursing and is currently the short course coordinator. He works with Fiji Cancer Society as a Palliative Care Consultant.  Mr. Kumar has a Master’s in Public Health and Masters of Educational Leadership by research. He is a Doctoral candidate at Massey University New Zealand with research interests in the area of rural remote nursing, long-term conditions, community nursing, health services management and mixed methods research. 
Ms.Rosini Ravono is a Fiji Registered Nurse with 34 years of clinical experience. She has worked as a Nursing Sister, Senior Nursing Sister In – Charge at Medical and Surgical Wards, Nursing Matron at the Acute and Emergency Wards/ Special Units in CWM Hospital. Sr Ravono has also worked at the National Nursing in Service Training Division, MOHMS to co-ordinate continuing professional development for Fiji Registered Nurses. She holds a Masters in Good Governance from the University of the South Pacific. She also has the interest to contribute to the nursing profession in regards to transparent and accountable Leadership and Management.
