The journey of each student here has been one of resilience, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to the profession of nursing.

This was the statement made by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance, National Development, Strategic Planning and Statistics Hon. Professor Biman Prasad while speaking at the Sangam College of Nursing and Health Care 2023 Graduation at the Civic Centre in Labasa today (13.12.23)

“You have thrived in a rigorous academic environment, supported by a faculty that is dedicated to teaching as they are to the field of healthcare,” Minister Prasad said.

“Your success is not just a reflection of your hard work but also if the quality and commitment of the staff, both academic and clinical, who have been your guides and mentors.”

A total of 183 individuals graduated from the institution – 97 of whom graduated with a Bachelor of Nursing, 21 completed the Post-Graduate Diploma in Midwifery while 65 completed the Aged Care and Community Care Program.
